14-Day Return Window

You have 14 days from the date your order arrives to request a return or exchange.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Accompanied by original tags and packaging.

  • Returned with proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

Note: Final sale items, worn goods, and gift cards are non-returnable.

How to Start a Return

  1. Contact support with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will send you a prepaid shipping label and return instructions.

  3. Drop off your package at the designated shipping carrier within 14 days of receipt.

Refunds & Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. Approved refunds are credited back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

Need a different size or style? Return the original item and place a new order online to ensure you secure your size.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email us within 48 hours of delivery so we can issue a replacement or full refund right away.
